CS138 - Hope-Centered Coaching: Models, Dimensions, and Practice

Your learners need more than goals. They need a complete picture of who they are, where they are headed, and how to keep moving when obstacles hit. This course expands your practice beyond Snyder’s three-component model, equipping you with two additional frameworks that shape how hope-centered coaching is practiced today: the Hope-Centered Model of Career Development (HCMCD) and the Hope-Action Theory. You will explore six dimensions of hope-centered practice, from building self-clarity to sustaining momentum through setbacks, and walk away with ready-to-use learner worksheets you can bring into your next session.

IMPORTANT: This is the second course in the Hope-Centered Coaching series. This course assumes foundational knowledge of Snyder's Hope Theory, the three-component model of goals, pathways, and agency, and the core coaching applications of each component. It is strongly recommended that you complete CS137 Hope-Centered Coaching: Goals, Pathways, and Agency before enrolling in this course.
