Having students do a short biography by the end of the day helps you really get to know about their academic background, employment reasons why they're taking the courses and asking and finding out what the students expect from the me.

I am a bit intimidate by teaching online format.  I am hoping this course will help me overcome my fears.

I like new ideas on how to engage online learners

I am a little intimidate about posting my bio I am a low key person but I see the reason behind it 

I will be more comfortable to delivering online material 

All the evaluation mechanisms I can use to evaluate the course and make course improvements. 

I learned what effective feedback should consist of and the varied methods I can deliver that. 

I learned about the various evaluation methods and when it is appropriate to use each one.

Learned the proper use of technology to enable learning and different ways to engage with students. 

I enjoyed the key components of feedback.
